reputed tool room for the manufacture of dies, jigs and fixtures,
which is located in Mumbai.
There
is a very close interaction between our engineers and the tool room
personnel to ensure perfect quality for our customers. The entire
process from design to manufacture of the dies, jigs and fixtures
is a result of constant interaction between our production engineers
and their tool room personnel at every stage. This ensures that
the requirements of all the three - the customer, the die manufacturer
and the die caster are taken care of.
The
outcome is a die with a long life, producing perfect castings for
the customers, also ensuring least harm to the environment as there
is minimum wastage of precious resources.

maintenance of the dies, jigs and fixtures
The
Company has a fully equipped tool room for the maintenance of the
dies, jig and fixtures in its plant. Regular maintenance schedules
are adhered to in order to ensure longevity in the life of the tool,
ensure their smooth working and protection of the customers property.
The
tool room is equipped with lathe machines, grinders, hydro-pneumatic
presses, radial drill machines, cutting machines, shaping machines,
various measuring instruments, etc.
